Efficient single-cell cloning in low-volume culture

In this application note we show the automation of single-cell cloning workflows using our Cloning Platform. GRID technology allows the 'in-chamber' verification of monoclonality in a cell culture volume < 1 μl whilst maintaining high cloning efficiency.
