About the role

The role of Office Administrator is a wide and varied role that requires a great attention to detail with responsibilities of supporting the company with general office administration duties. These include a multitude of areas including financial administration, supporting sales/logistics and purchasing.

Job Responsibilities

• Office Administrator

- Managing of purchasing for the company, raising POs and quotes

- General office administration

• Finance

- Day to day finance duties including reconciliation of bank account, processing and payment of invoices

- Liaise with external accountants

- Co-ordination of monthly reporting

- Administration of supplier and customer accounts

• Sales

- Supporting marketing activities

- Supporting sales process

- Build relationships with customers

• Customer support

- Support customer logistics

Requirements (Essential)

• Data entry and documentation.

• Familiar with Microsoft office suite of products, Excel and Word.

• Managing relationships with suppliers and/or customers.

• Experience of book-keeping.

Requirements (Desirable)

• Experience of book-keeping and Finance Administration.

• Experience in a small, ideally start-up business.

• Experience in working independently and managing own time is important.

• Understanding of export logistics and operations an advantage.

• Knowledge of MRP and Xero accounting system or similar.

• Familiar with Salesforce CRM.
